A select blend of premium tall fescue varieties. These varieties are among the ones used to grow the famous Medallion sod. The varieties used in this blend have been tested by the USDA, the University of California and in Pacific Sod research trials in Camarillo California. These grasses have proven to be among the best tall fescues for California and Nevada lawns.

New turf: 10-12 pounds per 1000 square feet (400-500 pounds per acre).
Overseeding: 8-10 pounds per 1000 square feet (300-400 pounds per acre).
Germination: 10-14 days with proper irrigation. Slower in cooler weather and shade areas.
First mowing: Approximately 3-4 weeks.
First limited use: Approximately 6-8 weeks. Longer in cooler weather and shade areas.
