Annual. Native to Morocco, naturalized throughout the U.S. Showy single, daisylike flowers in red, yellow, orange, white and purple, 18 to 30 inches high. Reseeds. Drought tolerant.

Hedge or background plantings, cut flowers. Excellent choice for quick show or mass color.

One ounce will cover up to 200 square feet. Plant in full sun in spring. Blooms summer-fall. Light or heavy soil.
