Description

A close relative of spicy mustard, it is prized by its mild flavor and finely cut leaves. Very popular in salads, soups and stews.

Uses

Plant in late summer/fall for late fall/winter harvest or early spring for early summer harvest.

Thin when seedlings are 3-4 inches. Keep soil moist. Fertilize with a complete fertilizer during the growing season.

Cut entire head when it reaches full size.
