Description

The next generation successor to the original 'double dwarf' fescue, Bonsai. Bonsai 2000 exhibits improved uniformity an even finer texture and exceptionally darker color that holds its color well into the winter. The biggest improvement is its ability to establish quickly compared to most other tall fescue varieties. Bonsai 2000 is a continuation of the dramatic improvements in turfgrass research. It is the next step in the groundbreaking Bonsai family. Bonsai 2000 continues the pacesetting trend that the original Bonsai established when it was introduced in 1989. The most recent test data shows Bonsai 2000 to be among the highest rated tall fescue varieties in California according to USDA trial data.
